Bluetooth mouse - scroll button

How to enable scroll button on bluetooth mouse to be able to scroll the web pages in Safari or in Settings, App Store, etc. The scroll button only works for scrolling springboard pages. And I have two additional buttons on mouse. Is it possible to attach them some function? I have installed BTC Mouse & Trackpad.
