Jailbroken iPhone 3 lost all apps help!

My iphone 3 i was getting cydia apps and such an i experienced dreamboard black screen. Then i rebooted by holding volume and power. I then restarted and now all my apps are gone. The only ones are a few a downloaded from App Store. Any help is appreciated.

Try another respring and/or reboot.

By the way I'd also recommend not using Dreamboard, especially if you're on a 3G model.

Every time i reboot it changes from black screen to no apps except for app stores apps

Sounds like you're either in Safe Mode or on a tethered jailbreak. When it reboots can you see Cydia? Can you try uninstalling Dreamboard?

The Volume Up and Power reboot should put you in Safe Mode?did you try tapping "Exit Safe Mode" at the top of the screen, followed by Restart?
