iphone 3gs no service problem after jailbreaking from 4.1 to 6.1.3

hello everyone,,
i recently updated my iphone 3gs to 6.1.3 using itunes but after updating it did not activate,,,to resolve this issue i jailbroken my iphone to 6.1.3 but it gives no service problem..it don't shows signals...please help me,,how can i get my signals back...

Did you use ultrasn0w to unlock? Jailbreaking doesn't necessarily give you service, you may have to install ultrasn0w. On top of that, it only works on certain basebands. Go to settings, general, about. What baseband are you running?
