Browser colour change?

Either I'm lacking sleep, not paying attention or both or I might actually be right (that would be a nice surprise!). Did Safari get a dark grey finish over night or was this done in the 6.1.3 update?

This happens with private browsing is turned on. You can go to the settings menu and then safari to turn private browsing back off.
