IOS6 - Camera App and App Store applications gone +++

I upgraded(?) to ios6 about a week ago. Noticed a couple of days ago there is no longer a camera app icon, doesn't exist. Then thought maybe I can download from AppStore. No icon or app for that either. Tried to buy music on iTunes, I can search but everything is greyed out, I can't buy anything. Went to resynch with iTunes, the apps aren't there either. wtf?

i would say do another Restore within iTunes and see where that gets you

if problems persist you may want to Restore as New device (no backup) when given the option at the end of the restore process

also, are you upgrading a jailbroken phone? Try "resetting all settings" and see if stuff clears up but clearly looks like an install issue...
