How to jailbreak 4.3.5

I've unlocked several iphones in the past. I'm currently using:

iPhone 4
4.3.5
BB: 04.10.01
Tmobile

I used the gevey sim to make it work. It is not jailbroken. Is there a way to jailbreak and then unlock it without gevey sim?

There shouldn't be. Unless you have saved your SAM activation ticket.
