safe to back up using icloud after jailbreak?

Hi,

I jailbroke my iphone 4s for the first time yesterday. Everything went flawless but I just have a quick question. What is best way to back up the phone after jailbreak just in case i need to restore it to bring it to the apple store? Is it still safe to use iCloud to back up photos and etc.?

I backed up my phone prior to jailbreak but I am sure I will take more photos and videos so I do not want to lose them if I ever have to un-jailbreak my phone.

Should be fine backing up to iTunes or iCloud. Jailbreak apps do not get synced.
