What do you LOSE by jail breaking the Apple TV 2

I'd like to be able to play dvix files, but I don't want to lose the new airplay mirroring. Any drawbacks to jailbreakiing the ATV2?

You can't update when new software updates come out just like after you jailbreak the iPhone. But man is it worth it. I have an atv2 and after jailbreaking with season pass I loaded firecore to get xbmc. Xbmc has a lot of movie repositories as well as Hulu.
