4.3.2 jailbreak (ATT) and tethering

So I got the email from AT&T about tethering and not paying for it...good while it lasted. I'm about to travel really soon and don't have time today to search the forum, sorry for asking this but:

1. is there an untethered jailbreak out for 4.3.2?

2. How is the hotspot feature on AT&T for tethering to my iPad and Macbook while gone?

1) Yes, there is.

2) It will work, although you might incur roaming data rates. I'm not sure , though.

Where is the link for the jailbreak? Why would I get roaming charges if I'm in the 50 states with service?

I'm using the Tapatalk to post at the moment, if you Google untethered Jailbreak 4.3.2, you should come up with the link that you need to download it.... As long as you are not going overseas, you wouldn't incurr any data roaming data charges.

The newest redsn0w will do an untethered jailbreak. I waited until there was an untethered jb available before I did it again, so I know it works.
