IPhone 6 IOS 8.3 jailbreaker - I didnt see app in setting on my IP

Today I jailbreaker my IP 6 iOS 8.3. When i download app like ghostprefs and install it I didnt see this app in my setting on my ip to set this app. Whats going wrong? How can I fix it?

It's because of the mobile substrate.
