IPad 2 Calendar Delay iCloud Syncing

iOS 8.3
Using the native Calendar
When making changes, adding or deleting events on iPhone or MacBook Air, the iPad doesn't reflect the changes until I manually sync.
However if I initiate these on the iPad, those change are immediately reflected on my iPhone & MacBook Air 2.
Notes & Reminders sync immediately on all devices & MBA.
Anyone else? Any suggestions?

I don't have my iPad 2 any longer, but my other devices all sync properly. Having said that, there are times when the sync isn't immediate, but those times are rare and usually get resolved on its own.
