Any Way To Delete "Purchased" Playlist from iPhone?

You can easily hide them where you can't see them. In the "songs" section, swipe to the left to delete. They will remain in your purchased list. There will be a cloud out beside the deleted song. Now go to settings>Music and turn off "Show All Music". Now you won't see it.
