How Will The iPhone 4S Function On iOS 8?

I personally think that if the 4S is available and given the 4 is for IOS 7.1 it would make it snappier just like 7.1 is suppose to be doing for the 4. Of course this is my opinion.

I think the 4S will work on iOS8 but the 4 won't.

Like my iPad 2 won't work on iOS8 if its performance with iOS7 is anything to go by.
