Control & Notifications Panel No Longer Semi Transparent?

Anyone experiencing their control and notifications panels losing their transparency? I've updated to GM iOS7 and this hasn't fixed it.

Mine are still transparent on iOS 7 GM.

Settings>> General>> Accessibility -- is your 'Increase Contrast' toggled on? Turn that off... and the transparency is related to the background you're using.

Awesome work you guys. I now remember switching that on whilst playing around a while ago and not really noticing a difference at the time (and not knowing what it would do anyway). It was only recently I noticed the transparency had gone so I didn't know how to fix it.

It's funny how there are some settings which find their way into iOS and don't receive any introduction from Apple. This is one I knew nothing about.
