Passcode Settings Removed From 7.1

Hi everyone.

On my iPad mini I decided to remove my passcode since it took extra time to unlock and I only use at home. So I went into Settings>General I couldn't find Passcode settings when they where there on 7.0.6.

Here's a screenshot:



I also have an iPod touch 5 missing the same settings.

Does anybody know how to change the passcode?
