Deleting photos only from camera roll?

Hello all

On my iPhone 4s(jailbroken 5.1.1) I,have created an album called Humor. I have moved several pics into it and now want to delete them from my camera roll. However, when I delete them it deletes them from ALL albums. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having albums? Is there a hack or some other way?

As far as I know, putting a picture in an album just creates a new way of FINDING that picture (or sorting pictures), it doesn't actually make a duplicate. Think of it like iTunes Library vs iTunes Playlists. If you delete from your iTunes Library, you lose it in the playlist too.

On Cydia you can find this tweak called "Photo Albums+". What it does is really move a picture from the camera roll into existing albums. So the picture you moved will only show in the album you moved it into and be taken out of the camera roll.
Been using it for a while now and loving it.
