Automatic Setup - Data Transfer Canceled

Trying to set up 11 Pro Max from XS Max with automatic setup. All seems to be going well as I get to the stage when the old phone says to continue on the new phone. Then, the new phone says Data Transfer Canceled and forces me to start over. Both running iOS 13. Below is a screenshot. Anyone else experience this? FWIW, I have a lot of music that I ripped and downloaded to phone via iTunes, so there is a lot of data to actually transfer and not download from iCloud.

Assuming both devices have the same storage size I can’t see what the issue can be

Have you tried again?

Tried multiple times, all with same result. Ended up doing encrypted iTunes backup and restore from there. Wife's iPhone 11 from 10xs worked fine, but she was still on iOS 12 and hadn't updated to 13 yet.

It happened with me 6-7 times. Solution was very simple. I put old iphone on charging and then it worked.
