When trying to access App Store screen on IPad Air 2 flashes and all I get is “loading”. Seems fine on my 6S. Anybody else with similar issues?

When trying to access App Store screen on IPad Air 2 flashes and all I get is “loading”. Seems fine on my 6S. Anybody else with similar issues?

Have the same problem on my 6s. Have to completely shut phone down and power back on to get store to load. Works for short time then problem comes back.
