Anker, a reputable company, makes them. They have 4.5 stars on Amazon with almost 400 ratings. While I haven’t used these batteries I have used their portable battery packs and they’re great. Seems legit to me!

Anker does not make a good proportion of their branded batteries(in that I cannot be sure of all of them) I know that they have a relationship with Panasonic for rechargeables . This is not something to take for granted, there are an awful lot of bad, to not very good, batteries coming out of China. In fact I do not believe that Anker owns any battery manufacturing facility.
