Contact Syncing

Have discovered a bug where iCloud contacts are not downloading/uploading to a Mac running High Sierra.
iCloud.com and iPhone will update each other but will not sync to a Mac.

Several other posts on Apple Community saying the same.
Anyone here having it?

Guess I'm lucky.
No issues here: iPhone 7 Plus, iPad Pro 10.5 & MacBook Air.

Same here, and I’m on my MacBook Air running macOS High Sierra all day long Monday through Friday...
