Loosing Gmail Folders After Adding An Email Acct.

On my iPhone 4S I am syncing using Exchange with my Gmail.
All of my Gmail folders appear just as they do on when I access Gmail throught the web.

However, when I added a non-Gmail account on the iPhone native email client, the Gmail folders no longer appear - just the inbox of both mail accounts.

Is that the trade off of adding a second non-Gmail account or am I not setting something up properly.

When you have more than one account you have to go to that one specific account to see said 'folders'.

Go to Mail \ Mailboxes and on select the mailbox versus All Inboxes - you should now see the 'folders'....
