Why doesn't my touch screen work when getting incoming calls?

Touch screen during incoming Call

My Touch screen is not working during travelling or i am delaying to pick phone within 10 sec. In this case usually i cut the phone by pressing power bottom and call back.
Device : Iphone 6s+
Note : I've latest updat in my decide

I'm not experiencing any of that so all I can do is suggest you go to Settings → General → reset, and then select "Reset All Settings" or you can try rebooting your device to see if that fixes the problem.
