Screen is displaying only partial information and not the full numbers, what can I do?

Have you tried a "hard reset". Hold the home and power button down at the same time until the Apple screen appears and release. Let phone reboot and see if that works. NO, you will not loose and anything.

First of all, it is not linked up with internal memory, so don't worry about loosing the contacts. Just try to do a hard reset!
