How can I fix my iWatch power up issue?

i watch power up issues

My iwatch was working perfectly well and without any problems whatsoever, I powered it down and did not touch it for two or three weeks, when I came to use it I could not get it to power up, thinking that the battery is flat I connected the charger and there was no indication that it was receiving any charge at all! Is there anyone that can help and advise me what the step should be for me to do? Thanks

Put it on the charger and then press and hold both the Digital Crown and the Friend button until the Apple logo comes up.
