I've tried turning my phone off and restarting it but it still won't let me go into my mail. I try to click the app and it goes in but logs straight out. what do I do
Completely delete any mail acct (s) you have in the native mail app. Connect to iTunes making sure you have the latest version just released, Do a backup and a restore as if your phone just came out of the box. Once done restore using the backup and if prompted make sure you do the update for your carrier. Go back into your mail app and set up your emails again and that should take care of it. Best of luck.I tried that, but it made my screen shake and it won't stop and it still won't let me in my emails
