Messenger or modem issue

I'm using huawei modem, with wifi. When I'm connected on that wifi, with my iPad or iPhone, everything works fine, except facebook messenger. It's almost always saying 'connecting'. And every few time it finish connecting, and it last little until it says again connecting. On every other wifi, messenger works perfect, on both devices. Do you have any advices?

Is it possible your home wifi is just really slow?

No. I have good wifi. Everything other works perfect

If this occurs on both the iPad and iPhone, then it's a wifi issue, regardless of what else works. They don't all work the same. Some apps use more data than others. Try rebooting the modem. Unplug it for one minute then plug back in. If that doesn't work, you may want to check with your wifi provider.
