    Got my new bill and it already had the upgrade fee. However I don't have the phone ( yet). Called the 611 # and AT&T took the fee off for my "inconvenience". If its shipped to your house she said at least one more week. "They are trickling in", she said.

    I usually get them to waive the upgrade fee. I call At&t and tell them that ive been a customer for 5+ years and they say ok we'll waive your fee. Thats why i love At&t!
