How Do I Restore Specific App Data From a Cloud Backup?

My daughters game has been deleted and all its data.
This app is listed as having data in the cloud backup.
Now I have put the game back how do I restore just the that specific games data?

If the app/games doesn’t have a setting to sync with iCloud or doesn’t automatically sync with iCloud then you will have to restore the device as a whole from a recent backup.
