Apple account recovery

So I just got the iPhone X, swapped my iPhone 8 Plus. When trying to sign into my iTunes account I had my old 10 month old number so the 2 step verification won’t work, I have to wait for recovery I out in my credit card number it said wait 24 hours and now it’s saying 2 days, does anybody know any other way I can reset it so I can get my apps back ?

Without 2 steps verification code or your recovery key, account recovery is the only way to go.
