Lost my iphone

I have lost my iphone and wanna ask you if somebody finde the iphone and totaly format it (somehow even tho its locked with code, i guess there are some ways to do it) will be the find my iphone apo still connected to my web app on i cloud to find its location?

Your post is really hard to understand.

But if your phone has the iCloud Activation Lock (ie Find My Phone is still enabled), then there is no way for that to be bypassed without the correct Apple ID and password.

If the device gets turned on and connected to a network, you will be able to see its location if you log in to iCloud.com (if that's what you are asking in the last part).
