IPad 2017 glass replacement

I dropped and cracked the glass on my month old iPad (2017 9.7" version).

The crack is purely cosmetic but I'd like to fix it if I can.

How hard is it to DIY ? Are there any good step by step instructions, and any proven glass vendors ?

I think I am looking at $100 if I was to outsource this, and no telling what kind of glass they would use.

Hi Amamba, I’m sorry to hear that you cracked your iPad. I would recommend bringing it to the Apple store and get them to fix it for you

since it is so new, I would bring it to an Apple Store (or an authorised service provider) to have it fixed
