You can't have an antivirus on iPhone. Every app is sandboxed/siloed. That also blocks viruses. In other words, since an antivirus can't run on iOS, anything claiming to have found a virus is lying.
- Keep your phone up to date.
- Do not jail break it.
- Use an add blocker to protect from malicious ads.

Want to go a step further? Use a VPN with ad blocking. (Turn it off to use Netflix or Amazon Prime.)

Why does an ad blocker keep you safer? Ads can be malicious (malvertizing). Safari for iOS is harder to infect, but no security or software is perfect. This ads a layer of protection.
