How do I back up my iPhone from my iCloud and not get what my kids have backed up

I've given my old phone to my daughter and when I got my new iPhone 7 I backed up to my iCloud's which has given me everything from my old phone I've lost that phone and I've bought a new one and tried to back it up but it has given me my daughters back up because she is still conected to my iCloud on my old phone (how do I back up from my first iPhone 7 back in January to my new iPhone 7 in which I bought 3 days ago )

You'll need to separate your devices. Each device should have it's own iCloud account for backups. Unfortunately, to my knowledge, when a backup is completed it overwrites the previous one that was stored on iCloud. I believe they may be separated by device though so you can try to wipe your device, and enter your iCloud credentials when it asks if you want to set it up new or restore from a backup. Then you'll be presented with the available backups.
