Snapchat followers not on new iPhone

I just transferred my iPhone from XS Max to iPhone 14. Everything is there except for Snapchat. My Snapchat followers are gone. How do I recover my Snapchat account from my old phone to my new phone.

Are you able to install the app from the App Store on your iPhone and then sign in to the service there? If so. I assume information would then sync to your iPhone.
