I cannot download any app to my ipad. Do not have access to the app store

I have the I tunes app but it only gives access to music. I am unable to download the App Store to gain access to other apps

Welcome to iMore! Have you tried a hard reset? Reset your device by holding the power button and home button down (or volume down button on iPhone 7/7+) simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo.

Have you been able to install apps before? What exactly is happening when you try to install a new app? Some additional details would be tremendously helpful. Please join the forum and reply back within this thread. How to Sign Up at iMore
