I was wondering if there is anyway I can get Verizon to let me upgrade my iPhone that has $83 left until its paid off.

If you are on the edge plan yes if your not they still should let you

Wouldn't hurt to ask either way! Also you MIGHT be able to pay it off and THEN upgrade.
