How can I find the owner of lost & found phone if it is looked?

Found phone, cant get Siri to tell me who it belongs to.

Tell Siri to call 'mom' or 'dad'. If you're lucky you can tell them the phone is found and where to find it.
If not, go to the nearest police station and have them do the rest.
