How do I send a video already on my phone

I created and saved a video in memories on my iPhone with music. I want to send it to a contact but can't find it on my phone

Hi, welcome to iMore.

Tap on the video and pause it. Then tap on the share button on the lower left side

and choose which way you would like to share that video to your contact.

Or go to messages > send as you would a photo. Tap on "photo library" on the left side.

Tap to choose video> Tap choose in bottom right. > Tap send.
