our appstore is blocked

in my school they blocked the app store but they deleted everything off our ipads which means i cant do homework that need apps like garage band or Microsoft word [we got an iPad each that we paid for] so how do i get my app store back?

Welcome to iMore! If your school put restrictions on your iPad you should probably respect that and not try to do things with it that aren't intended.
