Just entered a contact and it doesn't show up in my contacts!

After the ios10 update, I started having this problem. I will enter the contact from the Iphone 5s, and save it. Then look in my contacts to see if it is there and it isn't, but if I ask Siri to call the person, it is in there. What is going on?

1.Have you tried hard resetting your phone?( Click the home button and lock button till you see the apple logo)
2.Go to Settings->Contacts-> Contacts Found in Apps(Make sure this is turned on)
3.Have you updated to the latest firmware of ios !0? (iOS 10.1.1)

If it's bug from Apple , they'll fix it in their future release
