How do you turn off the digital touch features?

We don it like the pre word texts items and the digital touch show up when the ohone turns sideways and we have to rotate to get back to text. Please make it go away!

To turn off 3d touch go to settings> general> accessibility> scroll down and toggle off 3d touch.
