How do you delete a reminder list on iPhone 7? Edit only deletes items, not the list

I want to delete old lists, not the items in the list. There is no longer a drop down list in the left corner and the plus in the right corner only allows you to create new reminders and lists.

On my iPhone 7, I created a test list that displayed along with Reminders, Things To Do, etcetera. All I had to do to delete the test list was select Edit from within the Test list and then select "Delete List" at the bottom.
