how do I get my Outlook Group calendar events to sync with my Google Calendar

I have Outlook Groups on my phone and the calendar events populate into my Outlook calendar and the calendar on my iPhone with no problem ... however, they do not sync with my Google Calendar online.

Help?

Unless you're able to share your Outlook calendar with your Google calendar, I doubt you'll be able to sync your Microsoft calendar with your Google calendar, but I could be wrong.
