The one I found is Sprint on with Verizon I used to be with Sprint but I would like to see what is on this one can I put it into my Verizon phone without damaging my Verizon phone

You found one to purchase or you found it laying around somewhere and it belongs to someone else?

It won't "damage" your phone. But you won't find anything that "is on [that] one".
