IOS10 Dev 1 app store download limit, missing?

I've noticed I went to download a 1GB game from the app store the other day, then I received a warning about downloading files over 100MB etc etc and that i'd have to wait for wifi. After realising the size of the game I dismissed the warning. Then, the app started to download.

Ever since this my cellular download limit for app store downloads has gone, anyone else seeing this on the BETA 1?

Welcome to iMore! I'm not on beta. But a friend has downloaded apps larger than the 100 gb while off wifi. Never worked for me though. A glitch I'm sure.
