How do I select the language and continue the setup process?

trying to set phone up but the language choice just keeps circulating - it wont let me choose a language? How do i pick language and continue set up?

But I don't understand - why do we have such problems with the language choice? Developers must take into account these marks...

We? I've owned every iPhone since the 4S and I've NEVER had a problem setting up my device and selecting the language. In fact, I've set up my devices as new so many times that I could probably do it in my sleep and still not have a problem selecting the language......Still, if you're one of the ones who do, just reboot the device and try again. Why you're having the problem selecting the language, I do not know.
