Why is Twitter Blocking My New Website as Spam?

Whenever someone tries to tweet from my site : "This request looks like it might be automated. To protect our users from spam and other malicious activity, we can't complete this action right now. Please try again later." When people try to dm the link it says : Your message could not be sent.
