Why ( my iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.2 ) the clock stopped work at all, no matter the automatic setting or without, so don't reply about, i did try that all !

Since i did updated to iOS 9 the clock stopped work or for a few minutes or at all... I did changed time to automatic and to manually, changed to other country zone, but nothing helped.

Welcome to iMore! I would definitely take it to an Apple Store and let the Genius Bar have a look. You could try restoring the phone as new, but it sounds like a hardware issue.
