How can I transfer everything from one iPad Air 2 to another?

My screen is shattered on my ipad and it cost almost the same as buying another one. So I did. How can I transfer everything from one to the other?

Create and iTunes or iCloud backup on your damaged iPad and then restore that backup to your new iPad.
