Can't shuffle or play an album. 1 song plays on a continous loop

Have tried the shuffle symbol

I have exactly the same problem, the shuffle doesn't work, I can't skip to the next song and one song remains in a continuous loop. I'm also looking for a way to solve this.

Welcome to iMore! You probably have your Music app on repeat. Start playing a song and make sure there isn't a little highlight box around your repeat button at the bottom of your Now Playing screen.
